There are ways to torture, which don't show much at all, particularly 2 weeks afterwards. A few which come to mind: Twisting arms and legs, electric shocks, pulling hair, noxious smelling chemicals, waterboarding, dunking and other water devices, suffocation, ....the list goes on, and I doubt Thailand's finest aren't aware of them.

According to them, Nomsod and his fellow gangsters have harassed and molested the British girl in AC Bar and got fight with the girl, when the British girl has gone back to the guest house after fight, they followed and killed the boyfriend, raped the girl and killed her too. Altogether 5 people, Nomsod and 4 Thai Gangsters (one of them was rumored as a Thai policeman) who worked for his father were involved in the murder. After the murder, they carried the bodies to the beach which is 50 meters away from the guest house, staged as a couple were having sex on the beach and killed on the beach.

Two Burmese boys accused were also workers of one of Nomsod's father's businesses on the island, and they were playing a guitar on the beach when Nomsod and his gangsters carrying bodies, and Burmese workers were also asked to helped them carry the bodies too. Two Burmese have to do it because they scared of Nomsod and his gang and his father too. Which mean their DNA can be found on the bodies too. Which make them a perfect scapegoats.

The whole Koh Tao community knows about what really happened that night but everybody were scared of Nomsod's family and their gangsters and also the police thus nobody dare to speak out, Koh Tao Burmese were saying its not a secret that Nomsod family is making millions of bath for Thai police every month from many different illegal businesses on the island, and this case too, there was also a rumor that every Thai policeman involved in this case were already bribed handsomely by the Nomsod family.

I agree with most of what you reported, but the guest house thing sounds a bit odd. It would seem: a whole lot of blood would be in that room. Actually, it might fit if the g.h. manager/owner was in tight with Nomsod and his buddies. Either way, Thai cops either haven't done any thorough investigation about the scene at the bar, or they did and simply stuffed it as not fitting with their unconvincing frame-up. Thai cops mention many things, but they don't mention the bar scenario, nor any prior history of suspects (re; rape, murder, fights, bribes, violent behavior).

Everything Thai officialdom has done during the entire investigation is focused on framing Burmese, and shielding anyone connected with the headman or the AC bar. I hope it's all exposed and Thai police and army brass are prosecuted to the full extent for tampering with evidence and knowingly framing scapegoats. Of course, this is Thailand, and the worst that can happen, even if a frame-up were proven, is some middle ranked cops get their wrists slapped. If you were one of the Brit investigators, you might WANT to do a thorough job. One slight hitch. This is a complete frame-up by Thai officialdom, who want to maintain complete control over every tiny aspect of the investigation. The last thing Thai cops want (or will allow) is some farang smarty-pants probing in places where he shouldn't. Stay tuned. The frame-up continues. I get a large kick out of the assclowns on here who state that if the suspects were innocent, they would never have confessed, even under beatings/torture. These said assclowns should voluntarily submit themselves to torture, including suffocation, electroshock, beatings, etc, so that they can prove how tough they are. But for the ordinary mortal, life in a prison cell, or even a bullet to the head, can look mighty attractive when they are being tortured.

No real need to scrutinise anything or anyone. I am sure that within the ranks of British Bobbies there is a number of people very capable of extracting the information very quietly and efficiently from anyone they desire to question without any fan-fare of who they are and where are they from.

How much longer can these sad alibis hold out for this kid. Did his lawyer holding up the worst Photoshop job in history say Nomsod was at university on the morning of the 15th attending class or just on the university grounds. I know its since been revealed the still is from his apartment but is his alibi he attended class in the morning. If said to be in class (I believe his first class was 8:30) the lecturer or his classmates need to be interviewed. Isn't that what police do. Investigate a suspects alibi. If the lawyer says he was in school and he was not and the university or anyone attending class lie and cover for him are that not aiding and assisting a criminal. Can anyone confirm what his lawyer says his alibi was. Sadly BKK uni you have now been implicated in this mess by his lawyer. Time to come forward. Was he in class or not. He is using you as his alibi......

Usually people are charged with an fence when the police find out about it...I'd say in this case the police are aware and see no reason why they shouldn't be charged.

the other alleged 100s can of course be investigated too...then they could be prosecuted.....it's called the rule of law.....something that seems markedly lacking in this whole affair.
