Real Cost of a Thai Company

Featured Replies

I see many Farlang orientated websites, "call them selves lawyers" exterminating about 60,000b to set up a Thai company.

What is the real cost and the min real cost for audits and maintenance per year.

It would be 100% Thai owned

Not owning property or any major asset.

12k or so in actual fees for a 2mill company, thats without workpermit or monthly taxes.

12k is better than the 60k, do you have to pay tax monthly?

There would be "minimal" trading, after it's incurred cost and paying wages to its one owner, I doubt it will post much of a profit.

Is there a requirement for 2 mill for a Thai 100% owned ?

if they are not employing a foreigner then the 2 mill cap doesn't even come into it, they don't even need a Ltd company, they could set up as a sole proprietor

It cost me 12000 (including lawyer fees) to set up a Company Limited and 9000 baht a year for the tax returns.

'Exterminating 60,000!' What are they, Daleks?

Oh That's the starting price, actually you don't have to look to far to see links to at least one of these companies, wink wink....

They can have what ever pricing structure they want, up to the customers to get educated. Thanks to some great input here.
