Many questions, very few answers.

The "Ask the Lawyer" is an excellent and welcome concept. Unfortunately unlike ubonjoe, there are very few answers, indeed pages of no replies. I believe that as it may have been started to improve the business of th company (nothing wrong with that), it may have had an opposite effect. Unless of course it improved so much it has no time.

Oh I don't know, in my experience if a Thai lawyer is offering you a solution then you are probably asking the wrong question.

But...the questions are pre-approved before listing, and I doubt if anyone expects detailed legal advice, nor should they, but generally procedural and can I ? How to ? Stuff.
