I see that yet another fallang drug user has been arrested, but apparently not the dealer.With concern, i notice that this is usually the case, the RTP appear to be selective with their arrests. I can go to the beach at Maenam KS any day of the week and get drugs if i wished. There is a guy there who has offered drugs to me on several occaisions, this is where he works and i have seen on many occaisions, money changing hands but never a policeman within cooee. This guy has been operating there for well over a year to my knowledge.
