Quick 90 Day Reporting Question

Featured Replies

My 90 days report is due on Tuesday 4 Nov but I am flying out on Monday 10 Nov(6 days later).

Am I allowed a 'grace' period of these 6 days, or must I report on the Tuesday? I heard that you're allowed a window of +/- 7 days.

Anyone?

Thanx.

You have to report.

The 7 days after rule is not an excuse for not reporting.

I usually do George, but sometimes I go to Imperial World Lad Prao. Thought I may have a grace period of 7 days. Apparently not!

I think you do have a grace period of 7 days to report, but not to not report.

You can do a 90 day report up to 14 days before the date of expiry

You do have a grace period of 7 days after.. It's actualky 6 since they tend to count the first day for whatever strange reason.

It isn't clear to me. When you say you are 'flying out', are you planning to travel internationally? If so, you don't need to do aanything. Just depart (with your. Re-entry permit) and return. The clock resets on you arrival.

If you are leaving after the report date you must make the report before leaving.

The 7 days is only for doing the report.
