Such a thing's available at all "Advice shops" for 500 baht.A 2 GB is 950 baht.

Have you tried invadeit? He may be able to order even if not advertised, not sure though. Worth a try if you are really struggling, it is around just not everywhere now.

If you're ever near any mall with computer shops, there will usually be a few selling second hand RAM along with used CPUs and motherboards. Probably pick it up for a few hundred baht.
