October 28, 201411 yr i like the Topeak floor pump and multi-tool. anybody stock a lot of Topeak or is it all Giyo and off brand up here? looking for an OK recreational/XC mtb helmet as well. saw some Bell helmets with a 5k baht price tag. hmm, pretty sure i bought an equivalent Bell for 20-40 bucks (600-1200 baht) in the States not too long ago. prices vary but this seems extreme. the other option, a generic 450 baht helmet, seemed like too many corners had been cut on comfort and perhaps safety as well (straps/fit). i guess i could 'modify' one of those with some DIY padding, but i prefer not to. any suggestions on where to look for accessories?
October 28, 201411 yr http://www.km8bicycle.com/store/product/search?keyword=topeak&type=keyword They have some topeak products and ship inside Thailand. Can't read Thai, but nothing looks even remotely like a pump. But maybe worth to call them?
October 29, 201411 yr I didn't do with bicycle parts, yet. But for CNC machine tools I do a lot imports. Just having someone send the parts per regular post service registered and I get the things trouble free and cheaper than in Thailand. Maybe that also works for bike parts. (On the tools, the price in Thailand is often triple than in Germany, I think with the bike parts it isn't that extreme, but availability might be the problem).
