I have used the generic version of Viagra. It is called Sidegra. I have used the 25 and 50 mg. dosages no more than once per week. The 50 mg. gives me a headache. The 25 mg. does what it is supposed to do, but for only about 12 hours. Taken with food.

Headaches are a common side effect - even lower doses give me a headache. A poster in another thread said he scraped off some slivers of the drug and let it melt under his tongue. A much lower dose but he claimed it work quickly as it got into his system faster and did the job. Don't know if this works but worth a try.

I buy such needed meds from Indian chemist for much reduced prices, compared to big name brands as found in USA. Just google 'all day chemist'. Since so cheap can try experiment, eg, chop one cialis in half, find the result.

Recently I was offered and bought Kamagra gel sachets bt500 for ten .

I have found Kamagra gel the best , quickest and cheapest . Thailand does have its own brand called Sinagra only prescribed by a doctor , I believe bt25 for 50ml or bt50 fpr 100ml per tablet . With regard to peeing in the night , I used to go 4 - 5 times a while ago , when I used to drink a small beer every evening . Since I stopped drinking alcohol on a regular basis , I may get up only once or sleep through the whole night .

First, your spelling! It is SIDEGRA, avaiable in Thailand and has a govt approval stamp on the box. Each box contains 4 tabs, and my 100mg/tab boxes cost 200 baht. Same shape and colour as the original Viagra. Same effect (for me). Buy them at 'real' pharmacies. So at 400 baht per box of 4 you are paying far too much, and possibly an inferior product given that it comes from India.

High blood pressure is a lifestyle symtptom, so the best way to approach it and so reduce one's dependance on drugs is to change eating/drinking/exercise habits. Make a concerted effort to reduce salt intake - salt is the main driver of high blood pressure. And of course ramp up the excercise regime so that you are breathing hard for at least 1/2 hour, once per day. (horizontal exercise counts as well!).

I have quite moderate blood pressure courtesy per above re lifestyle - typically 70/120, and with that my doctor says - go for it, these tabs are not going to cause me any trouble. At 70 years old they help a lot, but I think I'm slowly sliding down hill, it's injections next.

Try Thai Black Ginger (krachai Dam) and Butea Superba (kwao Krua Dang), these are very effective herbs that can be taken long term (daily) as a Tonic.

I would highly recommend you have your Testosterone Level checked. After age 30, the Human Male production decreases by 1% each passing year. As Testosterone Levels decrease, muscle mass decreases also and abdomen fat increases. I myself, had my level checked about 15 Years ago and found out that my level was very low. I read on the Internet that a newer alternative to viagra and the rest is a drug called Alprostadil (Muse etc) cream/gel and ‘pellets’. It had been approved by the British Medical Council and is available in the UK as well as the USA. I like the idea of the 'pellets' which you have to insert in the penis. The advert sates that there are no side effects like you get with the normal drugs!!!!

Not sure re availability in LOS.

Essential to be prescribed by urologist, to get the correct dose, very important.

Often when i used the kamagra gel it gave me a terrible headache.

I was advised to drink plenty of water with it.

I use Coversyl - Aginine for BP but maybe the dose isn't high enough to affect ED ?

I've had terrible experiences with just about all the ED drugs, mainly bad burning guts. Headaches have never been a problem but the burning & nausea are bad. I've vomited on several occasions from taking different ones, which is not very romantic when I've just finished making love to some sweetie and race off to the bathroom and noisily puke my guts up for 20 minutes. Once I even puked all over the bed and walls. Couldn't stop it, puke came flying out of me like a volcanic eruption. So I rarely take these ED drugs and when I do it's very small amount (1/4 or 1/3 a tab) and no alcohol at all.

i have had excellent luck with thai herbal tonics and not just for the erection but for the whole ball of wax including libido and overall sex drive and sex dreams even and believe it or not SIZE!!!!! i could not believe it myself

after 2 or 3 weeks the effects may die off however

so maybe stop for a while and start again is the best with these

I know Ian personally and to date have never had a reason not to trust him. Of course, you will probably be required to pay before he sends you the Pushin capsules - just like with everything else we purchase online.

It worked very well , Ian send me the tablets very quickly, I get them after 2 days after I paid with pay pal.

I shouldn't have written like that about the things happened to me some years ago. There is every kind of people live everywhere in the world, you can not generalize the people. I am very sorry that I have written like that. Very very sorry.

But the tablets doesn't work for me.

After the first tablet I felt so sick , I get unusual sick, now I still feel sick after 24 hours, and I haven't eaten anything during this time. I hope the sickness disappear tomorrow so I can eat something.

I am never allergic to anything and have no medication at all. I am full frisk and have no problems with anything. I only get some kidney stones sometimes, that's all. Last time I was sick , I don't remember , maybe 30 years ago, than I was very sad and drunk after 2 bottles of whisky, woke up at a hospital.

I hope I can send rest of the tablets back to Ian. BUT I shall try a tablet one more time to be sure that pushin makes me sick. I'll see.
