For the last few years i have used DMC Inter Law, behind Tukcom, South Pattaya Road.

very helpful and knowledgeable - i dealt with a lady called Chantima (Am), who is the senior Lawyer there and speaks perfect English.

This is one lawyer i would avoid using and its speaking from experience.

To cut the story short, i used her a few years ago, first she showed up to court without even reading the case and then created a problem with another party telling me to contact her only to switch off the phone.

Magna Carter gets really good reviews and from experiences, is a very well connected firm, but not the cheapest around

PS. Chantima does not speak perfect or even close to perfect English, nodding her head does not mean she understands but may be she learned some more english since i used her last.

She use to have an indian decent assistant there who translated everything for her from English to Thai and i do mean everything, including the conversations

Please be also reminded of the rather strict Thai libel law. The lawyers that might be reading here are aware of them.

Tony of Magna Carta is English.There are good lawyers there Pico is Chairman of the Thai lawyers association.

Not the cheapest but excellent service..This to me is paramount when lawyers are needed for anything.
