November 2, 201411 yr I'm not going to even bother to comment on this because the thread's going to be locked because we are "discussing illegal activities ". Just like the other thread that was locked yesterday when I asked how there can be ganja in pla ra if it's supposed to be illegal. In other countries it's not allowed to grow a field of opium poppies but grandma can have a couple in her garden. In some countries commercial production of cannabis is not allowed but one plant in your yard or house is fine. I wondered if it was the same here.
November 2, 201411 yr Popular Post 2014 and still its a criminal offense to have a weed the USA is busy decriminalizing it as they see if its regulated then it can be taxed
November 2, 201411 yr Three parcels containing three bars of compressed cannabis were found in her sedan. Police took her back to her house and found Mr Saroj resting on the second floor, where more cannabis and other items were seized. Of course Mr. Saroj had to rest, it was him after all who had to count to three 3 times!
November 2, 201411 yr Pot is illegal in Thailand because USA pulls their strings. The Thai laws are left from when the USA war machine needed their conscripts sober other than Budwiezer and Beam..
November 2, 201411 yr Tracing the supplier shouldn't be to difficult since it's the police. >Police said they would trace the supplier and also those who bought illicit drugs online from the suspects.

November 2, 201411 yr Cannabis is a plant, not a drug. Should be legal anyways. Now we have to pay taxes to put these people in jail, who were just trying to survive. Dear Mr. King, please exonerate these poor people.
November 2, 201411 yr too bad , for all involved. desparate people, sorry there was no other way they could see or do. in the west we are able to be so much more foolish. while we don't appreciate our lives on 'Planet Earth'. while we don't create more sharing and opportunity.

Dear Mr. King, please exonerate these poor people. As much as I am pro legalizaton, sorry to pi55 on your parade but it is in fact a drug. The definiton of drug is something that alters the way your body functions and or state of consciousness. Just because it is a plant doesn't mean it is some superior non drug thing. opium is a plant, mushrooms grow from the ground, so does peyote and DMT.
November 2, 201411 yr They managed a year... Aint bad profits from a year of that kind of behaviour. Wonder if they were clever enough to stash?
November 2, 201411 yr Is there to limit to the stupidity of some Thais? I mean... come on.... Advertising on facebook? They may as well have set up a stall in the market. sounds like a great little business they had going, only thing is they got complacent They should have kept moving around changing the site etc It will always catch up on you no matter how you deal if you dont vary the delivery protocol. sounds like they were offering a very ethical service fair prices, no rip off always an intent to honour there delivery promises by the sound of it. . I think most Thais would have just set this services up as a scam.. I wish them all the best.
November 2, 201411 yr "" Saroj Apaisawet, 26 and Nutcharee Khunprasert, 25, were arrested on Saturday"" Best guess, these names are Nigerian or Burmese???
November 2, 201411 yr Impressively stupid. Post illegal dealings on the most watched social media in Thailand. Why not just show up at the police station with your stash in hand.?
November 2, 201411 yr Boy. I cant believe all you people really think this is the real story. Miss big who supplied them and how the police did not catch her is the real story.
November 2, 201411 yr Is there to limit to the stupidity of some Thais? I mean... come on.... Advertising on facebook? They may as well have set up a stall in the market. They have and they do....

November 2, 201411 yr hahaha oh wow this brings a whole new meaning to the word 'stupidity' - someone should have told these guys about the deep web and tor The real stupidity is banning cannabis Uh Oh here we go..............!
November 2, 201411 yr hahaha oh wow this brings a whole new meaning to the word 'stupidity' - someone should have told these guys about the deep web and tor The real stupidity is banning cannabis Uh Oh here we go..............! I agree . . . Forum rule 3) You will not post about activities or links to websites containing such material that are illegal in Thailand. This includes but is not limited to: gambling, betting, pornography, illegal drugs, fake goods/clothing, file sharing of pirated material, pyramid schemes, etc. Discussion of the above is permitted only as news items, but never as a "how to" topic. . . . which is a bit ironic I know considering the topic, but please don't let this slide into a risky debate about illegal drugs.
November 2, 201411 yr too bad , for all involved. desparate people, sorry there was no other way they could see or do. in the west we are able to be so much more foolish. while we don't appreciate our lives on 'Planet Earth'. while we don't create more sharing and opportunity. Huh.? What? Say again!
November 2, 201411 yr Do we really have to go into details about illegal drugs? I think not. Please "stick" to the forum rules.
November 2, 201411 yr I have to wonder why this arrest was made, it makes little sense to move against the end of the supply chain. They were moving very low amounts, they were not the grower or the main distributor or importer in this clandestine industry. If they were serious about this at all, the police that is, they would of gathered the evidence to secure arrests and worked with the prosecutors to ensure a tight case was formed. Then put that on the shelf and attempted to walk the supply chain it would not be exceptionally resource intensive and probably would of found the international connection within a year, probably a few months if they don't sleep on the job. Then moved with their contacts in their neighboring countries to dismantle the entire vertical. With the supply chain in the bag, they would have more then enough witnesses and intel to make everyone look good, and slam dunk the cases in court. But no..... End users and end of chain suppliers are nabbed and the prisons are filled and the actual problem is never attacked at the source. And this is Ganja, I not even sure there is a problem with that anymore.
