CM Expats usually have tables where people donate/exchange media tunes dvds at their monthly meetings you could leave it there and they will keep recycling around every month

I would imagine that the recent jailing of a garbage collector for selling CDs without a licence will mean that people are going to be a bit more careful about openly selling them.
