So there was me looking forward to icloud drive so i could put all my photos i store on picasweb to apple, but hence as always there arse about face fo doing it means you cannot add to the windows/mac client and see on ipad/iphone or you cannot add to ipad/iphone and see on icould drive.

So basically its just the same as photo stream but you can store all your photos you take rather than the last 500 limitation and at full resolution.

Why do apple have such great ideas but poor implementation of them.

Just like the send/recieve normal messages on imac or ipad but then of course you have to delete that message in 3 different places!!

Do you mean text messages or email messages?

What I would of liked to do is to put imaged in iCloud drive through finder on the Mac or Explorer on Windows and have them shown on the iPad or iPhone.

Just as when i receive a text message through message forwarding on my iPad and Mac I would like to delete them from any device and have the delete from all devices.

OK, understood. Apple's iCloud doesn't sync images like that, but you can still sync between iOS, OS X, and Windows devices:

If you are looking for cloud syncing using a simple "drive", you could use Dropbox. Just create folders, and they will all sync on all the devices where you have Dropbox using the same account. Or, you can share selected folders with others, and they get synced as well when you add or delete a photo.

As for Messages - no, text messages do not sync between devices when you delete them. Sent and received messages sync, but not deleted ones. That is frustrating to me as well, and it would seem easy enough to for Apple to make that work through iCloud. Just about everything else gets synced - even bookmarks and browsing history if you want, but not text messages.

I actually use google picasaweb upload them via picasa for pc them use a app called best album to view them on all devices it ven caches all the photos at a smaller resolution ad it works well.

Its just frustraing apple implimentaion of cloud drive when it comes to photos

This whole version of "icloud" is so disappointing to me so far. I have stuck with dropbox as just cant get my head around the "icloud" philosophy - its almost as if it tied to something we have not seen yet.
