Should have locked them up under Thai anti terrorist law.

That person shall be punished with a term of imprisonment between two years to ten years, and a fine between 40,000 Baht to 200,000 Baht.

Two drunken idiots throw "explosives" bought in a nearby market-stall at a couple of guys in uniform and you want to enforce the anti terrorist law??

If stupidity and drunkenness fell under the anti-terrorist laws here, there would be no people left in the street!!coffee1.gif
