November 8, 201411 yr I have a multiple re-entry permit, based on a non-immigrant 'O' visa, allowing me to stay until 19 Jan 2015. I plan to arrive 29 Nov and stay until 15 April 2015. I plan to get a retirement extension prior to expiry, probably 30 days prior to 19 Jan. allowing me to stay until 19 JAN 2016. Will there be an issue/problem or difficulty upon entry since my return flight is 15 April 2015?
November 8, 201411 yr Will there be an issue/problem or difficulty upon entry since my return flight is 15 April 2015? No, people having a visa do not need any exit ticket.
November 8, 201411 yr no as you have a visa/re-entry permit. you will need your 800,000baht seasoned for two months prior to the application unless you are going proof of funds or a commination of both route Edited November 8, 201411 yr by steve187
November 9, 201411 yr In the case of the "combination" method, some offices (notably Chaengwattana) are now, in practice, insisting on the bank balance part being seasoned for 2 months for the initial extension.
