steve187
I'm using an ACE inihibitor type III (Sartans) wich is called Blopress. It's selled in Thailand in any good pharmacy (Fascino has it) , it's 8 and 16 mg. while in US and Europe it's 32 mg. as well. Better than Ramipril about side effect, no dry cough. Ramipril is an - ACE inihibitor type III medicine Biopress is an - Angiotensin II receptor antagonist I'm no expert but does that make them the same. They're almost the same....I was on Ramipril for a while then I stopped due to dry cough. I switched on Blopress and no more cough. There's also another version of Blopress = Blopress Plus , difference is that Plus tablet contains 16 mg candesartan cilexetil + 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide (wich is a diuretc). I prefer the one without diuretic..
