renting mini trucks

is there a place in Pattaya where you can rent a mini truck like those TATA trucks driving around or anything similar used to move or transport larger items.

Q Cars based in Jomtien has such trucks

A few also park near Tesco South Pattaya, just a bit south of the store on Sukhumvit. I'm sure the driver is included, but they've got signs on them saying they are for hire.
