Renewing 5 year Driving Licence tomorrow

Has anyone recently renewed their 5 year driving licence? I'm doing it tomorrow and wonder if, in the morning, there a set time for the video I have been told you have to watch?

In September I renewed my license for 5 years. The video room was full to capacity and I was not required to watch the video. However , driving home to Jomtien is scary enough.

Just wondering. About 6 months ago I changed my 1 year license for my 5 year. Have yet to watch a video. Is this luck or do you do it only when you renew 5 year license?
