have been employed as Executive Chef for over 15 years on some of the largest cruise ships in the world and have shortly hung up my shipslife for life with the Family in Pattaya. I have a vast experience in training and developing Public health schedules and training programs.

Personally I have gone through 4 CDC training and seminar sessions in Miami and am a certified Public Health trainer by CDC.

I also have completed the UK level 4 (trainer) certification.

I have created several training programs for some of the cruise companies I have worked with and am in the possession of a large amount of training material when it comes to Public health and HACCP training and development.

I have personally trained and certified thousands of seafarers with several different nationalities into different levels of Public health and HACCP.
