bluuskii Posted November 18, 2014 Share Posted November 18, 2014 I have a non-O multiple visa based on marriage which will expire at the end of December (30th) this year. I commute back and forth to Thailand due to working abroad. I entered Thailand earlier this month (november) so my 90 days stamp will be valid till Feb 2015.. However, I need to leave at the beginning of December and won't be back until January 2015.. is it possible to get a re-entry permit based on the 90 day permission to stay or do I have to re-apply for another NON-O in January.. ubonjoe Posted November 18, 2014 Share Posted November 18, 2014 You can apply for a re-entry permit for your 90 day entry. Then apply for your extension of stay when you return.
