Suan Dok Hospital had liquid nitrogen to do the job a few years ago when other places did not. The skin doctor in the building near the Suthep Road where they have "special services" at a bit higher prices but still hot expensive did the job.

McCormick - prescribe chemical application only.

Ratchawej - cauterize only.

Lanna - laser treatment only.

I wasn't charged a fee for visiting and talking with the doctor for any of the above.

Maharaj (Suan Dok) - treatment with liquid nitrogen cost 633 baht. The doctor is there on Fridays at 1:00 but not on Wednesdays or Thursdays. This place was a bit more difficult to find and the waiting time was considerably longer than the other three. The staff was very polite at all four.
