I'm looking for a decent place to hire a scooter in Kathu-Phuket Town. I'm after a Fino or Scoopy for around 1500-2500 p/month if possible. Appreciate your suggestions!

Maybe try to buy one for 12k to 15k - then try to sell it for close to what you paid for it.

Renting will most probably mean leaving you passport, which leaves you exposed.

2000/month is possible, for an older model, I don't live near Phuket Town though, and that's Thai renting to Thai price.

If you find somebody willing to rent for between 2500-3000 Baht a month to a farang, that's still a good price. 1500 - no chance
