I sustained a serious wrist injury,I had a pin inserted in my wrist.I cant write very good,my signature not exactly the same as passport,bank will not accept my signature,even though I have bank book and passport !!

Try another branch. My mother is 89 with late stage Alzheimer's. She can't even hold a pen much less write. I just put the pen in her hand and did the signature with her. They accepted it, grudgingly.
