They told us that since the border closure, they are afraid they will either starve to death or be executed for flouting the rules. I knew Wayne, definitely ex-Vietnam boy, would have been over 70 when he passed. Came from Adelaide, member at Seaton Park RSL. Definitely not the guy in the YouTube clip, this Wayne had been very ill for a long time. -
