My two favourites are Cafe G in the Holiday Inn chit lom and the Radisson Hotel on Rama 9. Cafe G is about 400 for dinner and 300 for lunch, huge selection, pasta cooked fresh, indian, japanese, roasts etc.

The Raddison is about 500 for dinner not sure about lunch. Also has a huge selection, imported cheeses, great cold cut selection (meats, pate etc). Freshly cooked khao tom, pasta and steaks. nice atmosphere.

Where have you found the best for lunch/dinner?

Sunday Brunch at the Plaza Athenee's Rain Tree Cafe has to be a contender. Really lavish fare!

Set's you back about 1500 Bt per head, but it's nearly full occupancy every time I've been

Still stuck in the past, I see, eh Skipper? :o [sorry couldn't resist]

Number 1's are myths. There are opinions. Full stop.

The Sheration Grande Sukhumvit also has a very nice spread.

Lunch/brunch at the Conrad Hotel is well worth the money.

All the 5 Star Hotels have huge buffets on offer.

Try them all and make you own choice.

Used to visit the Market Cafe in the Marriot Riverside , the Chinese Restaurant for Dim Sum or even Traders Vics for the free wine. All outstanding.

Worth starving for.
