You will be applying for an extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon retirement. You will need a non immigrant visa entry (non-o) to apply.

You need a minimum income of 65k baht. It your income is less than that you can combine it with money in the bank to reach at total of 800k baht.

You will need to do statutory declaration at the Australian embassy to prove your income.

You will need a copy of your passport photo page, visa, entry/permit to stay stamp and TM6 departure card.

A completed TM7 application form with a 4cm X 6cm photo attached.

At most immigration offices you will need proof of residence.
