this is not a job in thailand, but i don’t know where is the better place to post it.

http://www.un.org/Depts/OHRM/examin/exam.htm

as a thai, i am upset that Thailand was not been listed this year.

i really want to apply for the test. :o

i hope that thailand will be listed next year, because it is going to be the last year my age is qualified to apply. :D

anyway i will just leave the link here.

good luck for those, who want + can apply for the exam. :D

I understand your anger, but it seems that your Country should do something to be listed. At least I red the following text on the link your provided:

More participating countries will be added as we receive their notifications. Please check this website for updates from time to time

And yes, you still have some time to check this year. Probably someone from the Thai Government will do you a favor?

Anyway; I wish you luck with this

Well you shouldn't feel too bad. I didn't see a single Southeast Asian country listed for some reason: Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia.

No great suprise there. Big donor countries (like the US), get bigger quota's and always have spots. The rest, pissy little countries, haven't had people fill their quota.

Thailand will rarely, if ever, be on that list. Why? Cause the UN has a large local office here...filled with Thai local staff in permanent positions. The quota's thus will be always be filled.

The only way in, is to know some hi-so contacts. Old money need only apply.
