Richard W Posted December 7, 2014 Share Posted December 7, 2014 After post submission, possibly long after submission, 'quote' tags are sometimes turning into 't-quote' tags. This has just happened to one of my posts. I noticed nothing wrong when I posted it yesterday, but on following a 'like' notification I saw that the 'quote' block at the top had been converted to a 't-quote' block. Unfortunately, the BBC to HTML conversion treats a t-quote block as plain text, and this makes posts hard to read. The delimiters are simply displayed as plain text, without even a line-break. Possibly relevant configuration information, for both submission and display, is: Browser: Firefox 34.0 Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical - 1.0 Operating system: Linux 3.2.0-73-generic #108-Ubuntu SMP Tue Nov 25 11:13:46 UTC 2014 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux Base Ubuntu release: 12.04 (Precise Pangolin) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tywais Posted December 7, 2014 Share Posted December 7, 2014 I recently have seen it also. Had created a topic and it was fine. Left and came back and it had a Like and the t-quote in it. Came back later and it was fine again.
