I don't doubt that Mr Nopporn has had his fingers in a few unsavory pies. But he also has A LOT of dirt on other 'officials' that also have their fingers in those same pies. If he comes back he will be tried in military court and what he knows will never likely be revealed.

It's all rotten to the core, all of it, business, cops, government. All playing games against each other at normal Thais expense. Seems they are used to it though....
