So getting back on topic about the trial being moved forward. The trial for the will not be about nomsod or the phone or the pants or even the dna on the 18th. These boys should compile a minute by minute account of where they were and what they were doing. They then should have Andy or a friend find as much evidence as they can to back that up. Surely there must be some video of them going back to the room. The guy who found them sleeping should be called as a defence witness not a prosecution witness. There must be other witnesses who talked to them that morning. They will fight the prosecution evidence later. I don't remember will not cut it.if they are innocent they must tell the judge every detail that they know.

My final response on this to somebody with vested interests in Koh Tao with your friends:

Guess what, things move on, much like the RTP investigation constantly changing direction, constantly finding new suspects until they end up with these. If things didn't change perhaps we would have Mon and Nomsod awaiting trial now. Since the very powerful statement made by the family that tore at my heart, I felt the need to abide by not joining in the normal speculative posts that I had done previously.

Yes that is changing, why, because since those statements other concerns have arisen over the impact those statements may have in themselves had on the fairness of the trial. I am here for justice and a fair transparent trial for all concerned. I am here in the hope that the real killers and accomplices will be dealt with. I understand that some people have an intense need for it not to be the 2 Burmese men who are defendants. Such a strong need that they will ignore the only statements coming from the families. No, I don't have the names, how about you find out about this 3 Burmese guitar players that passed the test? You won't, because this "fact" is nothing but the result of conspiracy theorist tripping over each other to reach for conclusions.

They conflated one report of some Burmese men that were detained, DNA tested and released with another report of the police looking for three men with a guitar, seen on the scene of the crime singing and drinking (two of those now being the men currently on trial), hey presto! a new piece of misinformation is born.

What kind of game are you guys playing at? If you believe that the two Burmese guys that have been arrested and charged for the rape / murders are guilty, fine. Why do you feel the need to try and convince the rest of the posters on this board? What's with the obsession on obvious display here? Why do you feel the need to respond to practically every post that suggests that the B2 might be innocent?

The defense that you guys are putting up for the prosecution's case is way, way above and beyond what can be reasonably expected of a casual bystander without vested interests. I'm sure that there are other posters who believe / think that the B2 are guilty. But they do not hound these board 24/7 with pathetic deflections and pedantic statements.

It is obvious that the three of you have more than a passing interest in this matter. I don't expect that there will be a straight answer from any of you (there hadn't been one for the last thousand posts).

3 more days to file. The evidence of both sides will be revealed. The b2 will need to prepare themselves well. Surely there must be a witness that saw them go back to the room. If they had any part in this even a small part. They just better fess up to everything now.
