Lactose Free Milk

Featured Replies

There are fermented cow/goat milk products which have a lot lower Lactose but not aware of Lactose free.

The more it's been fermented then the Lactose sugars have been converted. By the time its very low Lactose however then it becomes quite sour in taste.

Ironically when it's fermented a lot and then people don't want to drink so they add fruit sugars to make it palateable.

And then nutmilks or soy milks have no Lactose but often but not neccessarily are loaded with added sugars.

Don't think any lactose in yougurt. But many do have added sugar, some do not. Those might be called 'natural' or the like.
