I was trying to get someone to endorse my photos for my new passport. I feel a bit bad about it now. I actually did it twice.... pointing and gesticulating!!! But not frothing at the mouth. I now have to go to the Population Office (that sounds like North Korea - ish) which is out in the boondies and takes an hour to get to. Anyway, back on topic. Vote for the perv.
