Sugar Flex

Featured Replies

Sugar Flex seems to be a electronic device that can be fitted to most cars so enable you to use E20 / E85 Fuel in your vehicle has anybody got any experience on using this or similar electronic devices. Thanks

Its one of those "Magic" devices that make your car faster , cheaper , run on water etc , that , despite spending millions on development every year , the car companies havent developed yet !. Save your money / engine.

Pure Petrol Stations do the E 85 compatable ecu units for some approved models. Sugar Flex is just some silly name.coffee1.gif

Thank You Ace , i didnt know this. Has anyone tried these devices - with results.

I Have googled Sugar Flex E85 so I know what it is. On the Web site for the Sugar Flex device it shows it can be fitted to many older cars. What I am interested in is "Has anybody got some actual experience using this or similar devices. Their is a switch that is fitted inside the car to enable you to switch back to other fuel if E85 is not available. Thanks in advance

The first generation of these devices employed a manual switch, but later ones automatically sense the level of ethanol in your gas tank and automatically adjust.

I have a few friends with the sugar flex or similar devices (Chevy Aveo, Toyota Vios, and Mazda 3) who both use it with no complaints except that E10 prices have dropped so low recently, the benefits of using e85 are not as great anymore.
