As per title, looking for 3.7 volt 18650 specific batteries for the mega power LED lights.

Tried central, photo bug, camera shops in fact lots of places with no luck.

There is an excellent electronic parts store off Chiang Puak Rd (Chotana Rd?)

If you can find the Mercure Hotel and Tops Supermarket, the shop is one soi south of the soi they are on, parallel to it,

and the shop would be facing Tops had there not been buildings in the way.

I saw them at Amorn, in front of Icon Plaza. Over 300 Baht. If you want high drain type best order from Bangkok--the vendors on Thailand Vapers sell good IMR type, etc.
