my company arranged for an agent to meet me, tells me she can let me know the approximate value the next day,I told her 2 or 3 days later is ok. ( shouldn't have said this ) . now it is already 5 days. no phone call. - THAI STYLE ?

any recommendation for the agent ?

Don't buy these Somchai Condo Development Ltd but buy brand condos and you will get more value for your money example Sansiri, L&H, Supalai

A reliable estate agent can be found standing next to a trustworthy lawyer and an honest cop...

It will be like searching for the Holy Grail,especially in

Thailand,personally i would try and sell it myself,there

are plenty of free and paid sites,like classifieds here,

BahtSold,OXL,and there is a local one in Pattaya which

i cannot remember the name of,but maybe Google can

help,also use message boards in Supermarkets like

Foodland,(not sure they have them) but in Chiang Mai,

Rimping Supermarket does.

We used to use Agents to rent out our properties ,but

found with a little effort we could do much better our

yea.

this is what i am starting to find out about this beautiful country.

the BEST PART is, there is no Sales Office yet for me to 'transfer' my unit to the new buyer- if i found one ,cos they are supposed to relocate the so called sales office into the building last November !!

I advise you a guy in BKK, Laval Wong. You may find him in Internet. He is Singaporean and speaks Thai very well. He helped me a lot before, nothing disappointment.
