Motorbike Face Mask Thingy.

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I can pick up a pack of those face mask thingy's for when I'm on the ol' motorbike? I would of thought Tesco Lotus was a dead cert, but no joy.

Thanks.

a face mask thingy?

better try for a more descriptive request for info

are you lookling for cloth balaclava?

medical filters? try any pharmacy ... or the paint department of HomePro?

I would presume you mean the white face masks you see the traffic police, tuk-tuk drivers, motorcy drivers etc wearing.

You buy the hard shell ones at most DIY stores or if you want the nice big soft ones you can go and buy them from the hospital.

Thanks,

The tuk-tuk/police face mask thingy's are the ones.

Probably on Chiang Moi Rd at the place next to the Thai Militery Bank - has lots of crash helmets and other motorbike supplies.

You might want to just try wrapping a phakamaa around your neck and face when driving longer distances. It keeps the sun off your skin, helps keep the dust out of your nose, and also prevents insects with venomous appendages from stinging you. And of course there are a hundred other usages such as using it to cover your motorcycle's seat in the sun to avoid the temporary sterilization of your potential offspring.
