laban
Does anyone know if E45 cream is available in Thailand, if so where. Tried Boots, Watson's and local pharmacies with no luck.
Kitsune
Never seen it here in 4 years. But like 90% of manufactured creams, it contains sodium sulfate which is toxic. Use coconut oil instead, safer, better suited for the weather and cheaper. it can be used as body oil (best hydrant) , natural deodorant (anti-bacterias), hair mask, anti itching, reduces insect bites . And the smell vanishes quickly so you don't smell like a pinacolada:) and you can use it as a base for aromatherapy and add few drops of essential oils. If you cannot be bothered to massage yourself every morning, you can add a few drops to your showel/bath gel and your skin will be smooth and protected all day.

We are talking of shade/clothes-protected skin. For exposed skin you need proper sun protection
attrayant
But like 90% of manufactured creams, it contains sodium sulfate which is toxic. Fallacy of composition. Table salt contains chlorine (a toxic gas) and sodium (a poisonous heavy metal). I guess table salt should be avoided?
