Stress management. Not quite the same thing, but might be able to advise where to find a counsellor. http://www.kamalaya.com/detox-thailand-relax.htm Maybe ask at one of the other yoga retreats.

Or go to a muay thai gym and do a few rounds of sparring with a pro. You will probably be too tired to get angry after that.

Thanks but that's the problem I used to be a Muay Thai fighter so when I get angry it can be seriously dangerous when I completely lose it specially with someone smaller than me

It ain't right i did wrong I have to do something about it

Don't get me wrong I love a fare fight but when one loses it with someone half their weight it becomes a problem

Nut house my friend or ask a thai

You mean the thai nick name to he building with red roof in suratthani

No thanks

There could be medical conditions that perhaps you should check like diabetes , or roid use or other drugs . It is none of my business but up to you to explore. Also Kidney infection has a influence on sudden outbursts of anger so a lot of alternative praticinors say. Best of luck with it mate.

I got some slight insight into what this might be about - I really feel for you, Large C. Been there . . .

But as far as I know or have heard, there is nothing like this here - just yoga things and peace and love at the New Age places.

Try to keep off the plonk over the next few days!

Hi,

I lost 40 million Baht in the stock market, over 90% of my life savings, and needed counseling for anger and anxiety. I'll try to help if I can

1.Relaxation - breathing exercises are helpful

2. Focus on your physical heath, and make changes where necessary

3. Look into CBT ( Cognitive behavior therapy )

4. Avoid psychiatrists - they give you drugs

5. Psychologists offer CBT, in Canada I got CBT free through my Medical, but I understand you are in Thailand

6. Avoid alcohol

7. Find a hobby

8. Having a good woman does wonders..

for starters.. Regards,

redandyellow
