Not sure what I was trying with this. It was either the contrast in color between the worn (darker) areas and the rest or trying to bring out the sheer size of the basin. In either case, it wasn't working, so clearly the best thing to do was go monochrome with a sepia effect.

....was gently strolling down a footpath/cyclepath, wasn't much to photograph so I squatted near this puddle...just as I took it I could hear a ticking sound getting closer and when I looked up there was a very attractive Lycra clad 30 something female on a bike waiting for me to get out of her way. I quickly stood up and we just smiled at each other. She looked into the puddle as she cycled past to see what was so interesting, I was going to say tadpoles but just strolled on looking over my shoulder as she cycled off.

I think I aroused her somehow.

A subject can be boring and a photo can be boring. So too can a photographer. The reasonably popular Star bar in Soi Khao Noi, 5 mins after I arrived.

Had a look. Although the subject matter is quite and and , technically he's quite brilliant especially his low light work, tones and colours and clarity without noise.

Is he allowed to post here? Would be great to have him as part of our tog community.
