ramirez
Hello, it would be great if someone could help me with following questions: 1. Is a foreigner allowed to own a licensed real estate company in Thailand? 2. Is a real estate company in Thailand allowed to employ a foreigner as real estate agent/broker? 3. Which jobs can a foreigner perform in a Thai real estate company? i.e. Managing director, consultant, cfo? Thanks for your time
