Buddhist 'services' in English

Recommended Posts

Services as such are not the norm.

There might be sermons or instruction sessions but not in English.

Prayers for various occasions are more normal but those are in Pali and not even Thai.

Books on Buddhism exist and some temples have English speaking monks or even foreigners living there as monks and any of those alternative might help.

The DMC channel on many cable providers has some English programming as it spreads the message. When I went to their services in Rangsit they had an English translation radio station for foreigners.
