What a miserable grumpy old bunch Thaivisa posters are!!

Yesterday was childrens day, and I bet all the kids, who attended had a jolly good day!!

Well done to the organizers to put in the effort to make it a memorable day for the children!!

Not a fan of Prayut, but nice to see, that he has a softer side. Remember this was about childrens day, so leave the political rhetoric out for just one day.

The state sponsored conditioning of children to accept the military as the legitimate guardians of all that is good and right is ghastly. You're cheerleading the indoctrination of yet another generation of innocents that will contribute to the condemnation of this country to many more years of suffering and tyranny. What civilised country celebrates its children by rolling out the tanks?

Its childrens' day. What boy (and maybe some girls) would not get a kick out of viewing and sitting in a tank?

As I said in my post: Leave the political rhetoric out for just one day!!

The military hardware was only a small part of the celebrations and of course you have to concentrate on them to find an excuse to spew your venom!!

Childrens day is celebrated all over the Kingdom, where the communities unite to give the children a memorable day. And it is working, never seen so many happy faces on kids as yesterday.

Tomorrow I will be happy to join your crusade against the General, but this is about a day for children, so don't spoil it with grown-up nonsense!!

They should be encouraged to push the human race towards disarmament & demilitarization. The glorification of weapons to children is highly reprehensible.

First there was the dear beloved leader. Then there was brother one, then there was uncle two. I wonder if Prayuth brother is uncle one

First there was dear beloved leader, then sister one, then cousin one, then brother in law one once removed, then sister two who returned from the inactive land, then niece one who waits in inactive land etc etc

All a game of musical chairs played like family fortunes.

I liked your sensible post JOC. Common sense seems to elude so many.

Now look at the reply post (the 4th post btw). It reads like something straight out of the KGB written comments for Socialist Workers Unionist propaganda from the 80's.

And what did Yinggy do for children - oh yes, pushed those chosen out so her lad could walk out with Chelsea instead. All heart - but only for the family.

According to BP, only 4% of the polled children wished to attend such indoctrinations.

The majority preferred to blow off Uncle Too and visit amusement parks, museums or the planetarium in Ekkamai.

I am surprised as the puppet is wearing a crown no one has accused him of being in breach of the Lèse majesté law...

He is untouchable and these laws don't apply to the military rulers. He has set up a special department where people can report breaches of lese Majeste laws. The department may have to purchase more shredders. Edited by chooka
