Les Norton Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 Correct me if I am wrong, but a very competent lawyer advised me that in the case where a couple get divorced and the children are female, sole custody will always be given to the father if the mother remarries or enters into a relationship with a man due to the danger of 'diddling'by the new father.
