Unconfirmed (by me) advice from a work colleague is that PR Applications have been opened today, with a 30 January deadline for submission.

Can the experts urgently check and hopefully confirm.

There is a notice posted today on the immigration that may be it. I don't read Thai and I have requested a translation of it.
