January 15, 201511 yr From a customers point of view, what would u like to see from your local Big C? Please also include your local store when explaining.. This topic is ver open, it can be about service, price, etc etc
January 15, 201511 yr Popular Post More French food. Foie gras, more cheese, indian food, Aussie food
January 15, 201511 yr Popular Post As you are asking, I'll tell you what I would like.....from BigC. I would like everything to be free in there, so I don't have to give them or Tesco,2 or 3 thousand of my precious money every week.
January 15, 201511 yr I want Big-C to have fairground rides that take me from the car park to the store
January 15, 201511 yr Popular Post Tortillas, tortilla chips, and salsa. Beef, my local Big C does not sell it at all.
January 15, 201511 yr Popular Post I think they should do a "pikeys Friday" with cut price mamma noodles, free WiFi and. Comfy chairs
January 15, 201511 yr Popular Post I would just like to see a big CLOSED sign. Cant think of one positive reason for them to exist at all. Then perhaps a decent store would replace them.
January 15, 201511 yr I'm voting for Pikey Fridays too.. 1/2 price margarine and sugar free drinks! Edited January 15, 201511 yr by MrTee
January 15, 201511 yr Less rats as they seem to be infested in pattaya bigc xtra...Maybe the xtra is for xtra rodents
January 15, 201511 yr Popular Post that the 48pcs/ pack of nappies is NOT 99 THB more expensive than 2 packs of 24...doesn't make sense
January 15, 201511 yr Popular Post I want them to sell what the Aldi and the Lidl sells and for the same prices ...
January 15, 201511 yr Popular Post Organization: Does the (insert any object like cheese...sauces...etc...) really have to be in 5 different places! I am referring to the BigC Extra in Pattaya. In the US there is a section for Hispanic, Indian, Asian food. In Thailand I think they purposefully scatter all of the food I want all over the store.
January 15, 201511 yr Popular Post I would like to see many more staff in the electrical goods section. I went in a few weeks ago and there were only 12 or so in a big group watching TV. Admittedly, as I walked past on my way to look at USB memory sticks , one of them pointed vaguely to some speakers and said "sir, speaker!", so they aren't wasting their time by any means.
January 15, 201511 yr A good selection of deli meats. Turkey!! Big C Extra in Pattaya is OK. Completely different from a regular Big C. IMHO.

January 15, 201511 yr Popular Post I'd like Big C to employ a few more checkout staff - Big C Extra in Pattaya could really use a few more at that end of the store and a few less hiding in the clothing section.

I assume you're talking about Phitsanulok? Or is it just deja vu?.................................

Not sure of what exact changes they may have made to the layout, but it seems to me the organization was largely inherited from Carrefour. In the US there is a section for Hispanic, Indian, Asian food ... So those things that are components of Thai, Hispanic, Indian and/or farang food would need to appear in multiple sections? This isn't the US. Finding things in grocery stores here isn't that challenging and once you've located them one time, you ought to be able to remember where they are. Some large US grocery stores seem to organize things using unfathomable logic too, but after surviving the maze a couple of times you can work out where to look for things you want. You can't expect every store to organize things to suit every customer. Edited January 15, 201511 yr by Suradit69
January 15, 201511 yr I would like to see more meat bins so we can get another thread going about what we can catch from them. Fish bins would be optional............................
January 15, 201511 yr I just wanna see happy forum posters. Some posters are at their happiest when being cranky. I think for them, incessant whining must release a flood of dopamine and endorphins.
