I had my passport stolen in thailand and recieved a one year temporary passport that is nearly filled with visa stamps. My question is, if i apply for a substitute document, the ETC or emergency travel document, will this allow me to cross the border into thailand from Laos if the officials say that there is insufficient space to stamp the entry stamp? I am flying directly home from Bangkok and I can provide evidence of this. Thank you

Not clear where you stay now or what is your planned route or how many pages you have left.

Laotian Visa is using up one page and another page for entry and exit stamp.
