The last line should read สิทธิเก็บกินจะมีได้ก็แต่ในอสังหาริมทรัพย์เท่านั้น ไม่มีในสังหาริมทรัพย์ this right is only in real estate and not in moveable estate!

This says that the person who has this right has all the rights of the owner over the real estate but not the moveable estate. He can let this right to another also.

You will see from Wiki that Usufruct is an English word so I looked it up in the OED and see that it specifically is to enjoy the use of someone else's property but not have the right to destroy. Looking at my River books T-E dictionary for Usufruct I get: สิทธิในการเก็บทรัพย์สินหรือผลประโยชน์จากทรัพย์สินของผู้อื่นในทางใดก็ต่าม ที่จะไม่ทำให้ทรับสินนั้นได้รับความเสียหาย .

The question is: does สิทธิเก็บกิน mean Usufruct?

I found a law firms definition: มีกรรมสิทธิ์ในอสังหาริมทรัพย์อยู่ เพียงแต่ยอมให้ผู้ทรงสิทธิเก็บกินเข้ามามีสิทธิครอบครอง ใช้ และถือเอาซึ่งประโยชน์แห่งทรัพย์สิน ตลอดจนมีอำนาจจัดการทรัพย์สินนั้นได้

I think that ถือเอาซึ่งประโยชน์แห่งทรัพยสิน Reaping the benefit from both physical and non physical property.

I am tempted to restrict this to only physical property because that is what อสังหาริมะ means but having the pysical property brings with it the ability to trade its product to rest in its shelter etc. this is why the normal translation of ถือเอาซึ่งประโยชน์ is similar to 'enjoy the benefit' of...

Oh I forgot why I posted about T-E dictionaries now: Do you remember some years ago Rikker pointing out that TE dictionaries don't always give a Thai word? Well this looks like a case in point. Usufruct could easily have said สิทธิเก็บกิน couldn't it?
