I've noticed that women with jobs at banks, hospitals, etc., simply do not frequent normal bars.

I'm so tired of the exact same bar lady questions "how long you in Pattaya" etc. etc.

I'd really like to try and meet a woman with a regular job, who is not a freelancer or bar lady!

Does anybody know of anyplace like that in Pattaya (or anywhere in Thailand for that matter).

What Ive found is that once you go the prostitute route for partners, its very dififficlt to go back to normal relationships with females

A thai women of any decency would generally never be found in a bar alone, you would deal with her best friend sister or whatever too. Secondly they would if going out to drink prefer a place that also has food or live music. So your answers lies there. Pattaya for this being obviously the worst place on earth to do so.

These ladies would also have zero interest in a old farang, in 99% of cases. So basically you are a goner already. Exceptions of girls alone might be in central BKK, with either having studied abroad, being rich and spoiled, or having a history with farangs, basically bad choices in all cases as it never works out anyway.

Generally speaking a foreigner is in almost all cases only trouble and hassle, for any women who has a career on her own unless the farang are already relatively rich, specially in Thailand. Then there is always the girl that pretends to be normal, but she would never date you as a teacher or broke. She will most likely see the long-term potential, or just pretty children with a good passport + financed.

Meanwhile she will then enjoy herself with younger farangs on a holiday, or paid Thai bro's in the clubs for women, more populair than you think, specially in Pattaya and Rayong area. May cater to women. In fact, i have to meet the first married Thai with a farang, that lives in Pattaya, or even most of Thailand, who does not cheat as long it meets her specs and criteria or desires of the day.

They would never leave their farang hubbie, but they sure as hell get the fun elsewhere. Same they do with a thai husband, who then 2 years later shows up at your soon the be former, newly built house.

People often mistake the long game playing decent prostitute who can stay loyal to the main relationship non sexually, to be a legit one. While these are the worst, in a way no better than all the 50% wealth robbers in the west, after 10-15 years raising kids/working ass off.

It's easy to forget that if you assume a 20K monthly wage, that's just 2.2M baht over 10 years, a good deal for a long game example. With other words, people underestimate how patient they are for relatively small sums, and that they burn all ships for it easily. They don't need to convince you to marry and buy a house in year 1-5, to succeed.

Many of them start to talk about this when they get drunk and sit on a table with a few similar ones. If you understand Thai, you know this. If most people understood Thai, they would run away from bars out of just the bad words and intentions alone.

If you ask them openly, without judging it, they will even openly detail you on their plan or their friends current hit and run.

I think lots of farangs overestimate the idea that thai girls do not care about big age differences, especially "normal" girls. Granted age difference seems less important to thai gals than western. But there are limits as to how big a difference.

By "normal girl" i think many farangs mean a thai gal that will adore and care for them regardless of wallet size ...i suspect that thai girls just like western gals who suck up to old men understand and are willing to "sell" a part of their youth in return for a pile of cash....if the guy has little money and 10 or so years left and is likely to require a lot of "tending" it really may not be all that attractive no matter how jai dee the guy may be....when he is gone and leaves her little or no money she is ten years older and her "value" to many men or potential partners has declined. Girls of course know that.

If you are 70 or so , other than $$, you really bring very little to the 'party" as you won't likely be around much longer....yes there are exceptions but a nice 25-45 y.o. is going to likely be much much more interested in someone nearer her age that she can spend several decades with. There are tons of farangs sitting on bar stools thinking their 40 year younger gal is different. Whether thai or western most are not....No money no honey is generally more than a tee shirt slogan especially with big age differences.

As one poster alluded to you need to go to one of the Thai pubs/clubs/cafes where they may go with friends.

Examples in Pattaya towards the north end of third road like Tah Siam and the club You round the corner and the Thai pub place almost opposite Amorn sea food resto.

Hopefully you speak Thai.........

There's still a belief in the myth that foreign men make better husbands, reinforced by the stirling efforts of most Thai husbands to have multiple affairs.

These questions are not from HiSo heiresses, but from shop workers, nurses, bank assistants etc, and they're just looking for a decent man to share their life with. Of course, like women everywhere, they'd prefer a man who has the means to provide a decent life.

She has no kids. Been together 14 years.

I can't think of any bars in Pattaya where normal women go alone. I recommend the best hunting grounds for normal women in Pattaya is shopping malls, markets, festivals and Thai restaurants. Smile, be friendly, invite them for a drink or meal, or least get their name and phone number or LINE for a follow-up. Alternatively, try websites or phone apps. but with these, lots of pay-as-you-go candidates. You can find women who have a normal day job in a bar, but they will still want compensation, for time spent with you.

What is normal?

In the past I've met female bank clerks, solicitor aids, court officials working in Pattaya's sex industry.

Mostly they freelance in bars.

It's usually long weekends, the office girls come down from Bangkok to make some extra money.
