When I hit "Pay now" on Shopee, I get a QR code. This old Luddite doesn't do QR codes--my mobile is not connected to the Internet.

There is a drop-down menu which includes my choices: Cash on delivery or Credit cards. Clicking on them doesn't work.

Anybody else have this problem?

(God, I hate QR codes. Queuing behind some idiot who does have card or cash!)

Find the same item from another seller. they might have the COD or Credit Card options not shaded out. COD has gone from some sellers lately. It's what I usually use.
