seems to be purely based on cost, at least according to the footnotes below the pics... and honestly, if I look at Pai (where I have been several times), I doubt the prices, he mentions for Pai 70 GBP (3'500 for eating out per month... 120 B per day...

It's a delightful place full of aging hippies in beautiful scenery + good restaurants. There's an elephant place where you get to ride 'bareback' down to the river for a waterfight with jumbo. When we had finished we were presented with a video CD which is among my most treasured possessions.
