I was sitting at a restaurant at evening/night facing somewhere near that soi on Suk. Newly opened restaurant with filipino staff. I was sitting outside facing the streetvendors. A african had told the guy beside me to sit there, while he went and arranged a deal with the streetseller who had weed in packs of cigarettes, he was a middleman. Ive met many of these friendly africans that try to open up a conversation between Nana and Asoke. Just ignore them. If they happen to start up the conversation with "How long you been here?" Say X years and he will ignore you. You already knew the answer to your question. That makes you somewhat of a troll. A high percentage of these guys want to sell you something and they dont have work permits. Not all blacks, not all africans do this. But a very high percentage of the africans in this specific part of Bangkok.
